SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Shipment processing time


Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Weekend or holiday delivery depends on USPS delivery schedules in your area. In situations where we are experiencing a high volume of orders that could result in a delay in production, we will let you know at checkout and with your order confirmation. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 

T. Joe Art Prints are shipped from Atlanta, GA in the U.S. domestically and internationally through the U.S.P.S. Shipping charges are calculated automatically and always include delivery tracking and insurance.

 

Shipment method

 

Depending on the size of your print order,
items may be shipped flat or in an art shipping tube.

 
Estimated delivery time

 

T. Joe Art Studio makes every effort to get your order to you when promised but is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking


You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when your order ships. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their tracking information.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes


T. Joe Art Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages


T. Joe Art Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at joe@tjoeart.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We are able to ship to most countries through the USPS International Priority Mail service. For a full listing of delivery destinations, click here to visit the USPS website.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We don't allow refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective. Items damaged during shipping are subject to the shipping carrier's damage claims policy. No damage replacement claim will be accepted past 7 days from the date of the carrier's delivery confirmation.
